I use evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These methods allow us to address unresolved experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with your inner strengths to empower lasting well-being.
