I provide therapy for adults and teens struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and the lasting effects of childhood trauma. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by stress, stuck in negative thought patterns, or unsure of how to manage their emotions. If you find yourself feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself or others, therapy can provide a space to explore these challenges and develop meaningful strategies for change.

I take a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach, ensuring that each client feels heard, validated, and empowered. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel safe to explore difficult emotions while also equipping you with the tools to navigate them. My approach is rooted in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By integrating these approaches, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, helping you build resilience and self-awareness.

Many of my clients struggle with setting boundaries, people-pleasing, or carrying feelings of guilt and self-doubt from their past, and together, we work toward breaking these patterns, fostering self-compassion, and building healthier relationships. If you’re looking for support in managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, or healing from past experiences, I invite you to reach out—I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
