You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the life you want to be living. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming but taking that first step is already meaningful progress. I believe the connection you build with your therapist is essential, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely understanding. Sometimes these experiences show up as anxiety, low mood, burnout, or patterns that feel hard to break. It can be exhausting trying to carry all of that on your own.

In our work together, I offer a space where you can slow things down and feel heard without judgment. We’ll explore what’s coming up for you at a pace that feels right, helping you make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I also incorporate EMDR, a powerful approach that helps process distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming over time. This can be especially helpful if you feel stuck in past experiences or notice that certain memories continue to affect your present.

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, drawing from evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered therapy, and EMDR. Together, we’ll build tools to manage anxiety, process trauma, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting.

I also bring a personal understanding of grief through my own experience of losing a loved one, which allows me to support others through loss with empathy and care. My approach is flexible and tailored to you, meeting you exactly where you are.
