I specialize in therapy for individuals facing life’s toughest challenges—whether it’s the impact of infertility, cancer care, pregnancy, parenting, or intergenerational trauma. These experiences can bring up feelings of overwhelm, emotional distress, or disconnection, making it hard to find balance or move forward. If you’re struggling to navigate the complexities of your life, I’m here to help.
I understand that these struggles often show up in different ways—perfectionism, fear of failure, difficulty in relationships, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. The stress can feel all-consuming, whether you’re battling internal turmoil, experiencing tension in your relationships, or feeling lost in the day-to-day.
In our work together, my priority is building trust so you can feel safe to explore and heal. My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, and I use evidence-based methods like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you work through your challenges and rediscover your inner strength.
I also work with couples who are facing struggles and transitions in their relationship. Whether it’s improving communication, rebuilding connection, or navigating difficult changes, I provide a supportive space where you can deepen your bond and strengthen your relationship.
My goal is to help you create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Therapy is an opportunity to address the things that have been holding you back and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
